Tuesday Thinkings

Get to it then!
Life is awaiting my sweet friends. Every second of every day. Much of amazingness has been filling my life these days. I am learning an increasingly important lesson as I allow and accept that this loveliness is mine and for me to revel in. The lesson is be open and honest to goodness, the more you let go of things that you don't need and the more you put it out into the Universe what you want with all your heart and soul, the more and more it provides. THANK YOU Universe! Holler!!

So don't wait for the perfect time. There is no such thing.

Right now is that time. Perfect!

Monday musings

Can I just say, THANK YOU. I had a wonderful weekend. Yes I'm feeling a little congested in the nose area, but I'll live. With a really big smile on my face too. And an even warmer heart. I know some lovely people, this is true and I spent this weekend with some truly special ones. Lucky girl I am.

For Lent this year I've given up a series of things, but also taken up a few new good habits. (will do a full post about this sometime soon.) So it's good to be making my way into these habits daily.

I am still trying to do one thing that scares me. Not in the EEEK!! run for my life kind of scared, but in the little things that are big things to each one of us, because we've upped the fear scale on them. Try and do one of these things every day. It is quite amazing to see yourself on the other side of it. Also it's great to commit to doing something. Whatever it is, commit to it and see it through.

Some of us are great, exuberant starters, but how many of us see everything we start with inimitable exuberance to the end? Finish!! That's what it's about, the finish line! You have to make it there.

Stay awesome. Be persistent, be consistent. Make it to the finish line. Whatever you deem yours to be.

Oh and wear sunscreen ;)

Whimsical weekend

Best you believe!!

Well I've been having some time off lately. It's been great and super busy. But what a wonderful feeling and an inconceivable treat it is to be able to wake up everyday without that awful and unfamiliar dread that used to fill my mornings for the past few months. I made the best decision of my life so far and I'm loving my new year thus far. Mine started on the 1 February 2013, so I can still safely say. Happy new year ya'll!

What are your plans for the weekend?I am attending my very first baby shower tomorrow of the year. Great way to start the year. Mine has been filled with the MOST delightful baby news EVER!!

Bunny ears for my little Binklets

Organic cotton leggings for cute little leglets

After that it's a little bit of birthday fun to celebrate Bailey's hubby's birthday! Woop woop! Funsies in their totes gorgeous apartsies!!

Ears,eyes and heart open...

I've had a super busy Friday so far, which me loves. I'm at my best when bustling about. Feeling rather fanciful too. Wishing you a lovely weekend. Do something whimsical and dress up a little fancy and while away a lot of time with people who warm your heart.

Heart stuff

Bow-tiful

Okay,I think I've been fronting for MANY years! I think the ONLY reason I'm not a huge fan of Valentine's day is because it has fed my loser complex for at least one day of every single year since high school, bar one or two maybe. In high school I was never the girl who got bucket fulls of red roses. Though I am always eternally grateful for my late blooming!

But this is a cool day, it's a day to celebrate love gosh darn it, where is the lack of lovely in that?!

So go on with you bad Valentine's day selves. Rock the love!

When I'm lucky enough to have a Valentine...this is what I would wear out to celebrate an extra day of our special love stuff...

Valentino on Valentine's Day seems apt

Sit down...

and enjoy YOUR blessings. Quite frankly we are all blessed in some way. In many little ways.It really is the small things that count. All the lovely little people in my life count quadruple times and I now am happy to announce that there are two more little people on the way to grace my life with their beauty and baby giggles.

I cannot wait to meet them, so I can see what their nick names will be. I have two more facelets to add to my crew of special  little faces and their mommy, my super special friend does not know just how happy she has made me, by sharing this news last week Thursday. News that made me burst into tears at 7:30am, in a full restaurant. YES!I was that crazy person, crying tears of joy, before breakfast. It felt great!!

Here's to a new week. Filled with the littlest of surprises and littlies that take up huge spaces of your heart and fill the crevices with happiness.

xx

To Do list for the week...Actually..for LIFE!

"Got Milk"

Milk goes monochromatic.

So most of those who know me, know that milk doesn't top my list of most favorurite "boissons." I usually prefer Fat Free milk, because it's like murky water and I like water, but milk not so much. Milk of the full cream variety does not pass my lips, because I truly am not keen on that milky creaminess. These days, oddly enough,my body has been hollering at me that it needs to get closer to the creaminess of milk. Why oh why? I question it not and chose to give dearest body of mine what it needs and so I have now been all about Low Fat Milk ;)

This got me thinking about some pretty awesome milk packaging I've seen. Totally random for a non milk person, but I'm a sucker for great presentation.

Back to basics. loves it

Message on a bottle
