It's that kind of day! Happy Friday! Christmas!! I see you over there! Go on with your bad self.

Wonderful people, travel light through your life. Leave anything that does not serve you behind. Take only what you need, leave everything else behind.

Bliss, truth and consciousness. That's what my yoga teacher said at the end of our class this week. That really resonanted and made me think of my life and so many other people close to me.
